Automatic Payments and Refunds

Refunds

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our public offer agreement. In the case of a refund of unused funds, such funds are understood to mean the funds remaining on the client’s balance that were not used to pay for services. If a refund is issued for a prepaid service, it is only possible for the period that has not yet been used. The minimum refundable period is 1 month.

In addition, if a discount was applied when ordering or renewing services, this discount will be deducted when recalculating the paid period for the purpose of issuing a refund.

To process a refund, the client must complete an identity verification procedure and pass a KYC check. This is necessary to prevent fraud and ensure transaction security.

Any violation of the agreement with «CleanVDS.com» LLC does not entitle the client to a refund.

Credit Card Refunds

The fee for a credit card refund is equivalent to the fee charged by payment systems for transferring funds. All initial fees and penalties must be paid immediately to ensure that services remain active and accessible.

If the client or a third party acting on their behalf used a credit card to pay for services, and two or more chargebacks were made on that card, this will result in the cancellation of the ability to pay for services via credit card. Thereafter, the client will be required to make payments exclusively by money transfer or bank transfer.

Outstanding balances are subject to the unpaid invoices and overdue payment policy, which may result in suspension of service or account termination. In the event of account termination, all information contained therein will be deleted.

Liability for Automatic Payments

When a client creates an automatic payment profile, they assume responsibility for canceling it if they no longer wish to use this method of payment for the services of «CleanVDS.com» LLC.

«CleanVDS.com» LLC is not responsible for processing or refunding payments received for non-existent or disabled services.

Opening a Dispute with a Payment System

«CleanVDS.com» LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend all services related to an open dispute without issuing a refund if it determines that such dispute constitutes abuse by the client of the refund process through the payment system. In the event of account termination, all information contained therein will be deleted.
